In a heartfelt conversation with Yuvaa, she not only cleared the air about her current relationship status but also shared a personal chapter from her early life.

During the interview, Mahvash was asked about her dating life. She responded by saying she is happily single and doesn’t believe in modern dating culture. She explained that she would only consider dating someone if she truly saw a future with them. She is not someone who dates casually.

I am very much single, and I don’t understand the concept of marriage in today’s time. I am someone who would date only when I have to marry. I don’t go on casual dates because I will only date someone I want to get married to. I am that person, like in the film Dhoom, who sees his wife and kids behind the bike.

RJ Mahvash also revealed that she was engaged at a very young age. She shared how her upbringing in Aligarh shaped her thoughts during that time.

I was engaged at the age of 19, and I called it off at 21. Growing up in a small town like Aligarh, our only conditioning was that we needed to find a good husband and get married. That used to be our goal.

How the Link-Up Rumours Started

The speculation about Mahvash and Chahal began when both were seen together during the Champions Trophy 2025 final between India and New Zealand in Dubai. Their pictures from the event circulated quickly on social media, sparking gossip about a possible romantic relationship.

To add to the rumours, Mahvash had also posted photos with Chahal on Instagram, which led many fans to believe that something was going on between them — especially since Chahal had recently separated from his wife, Dhanashree.

However, Mahvash was quick to shut down all such talk. She called the rumours false and requested everyone not to make assumptions without facts. She urged people to respect her privacy.

Chahal, too, addressed the matter and said such baseless rumours were upsetting his family. He also requested fans to stop spreading untrue stories.

Interestingly, this wasn’t the first time Mahvash and Chahal were seen together. Back in December 2024, Mahvash had uploaded a Christmas photo where Chahal also appeared. However, that moment didn’t get much attention at the time.

Mahvash’s Professional Journey

On the career front, RJ Mahvash is currently working on her first film production titled Section 108. The movie features well-known actors Arbaaz Khan and Nawazuddin Siddiqui. Although the film was earlier expected to release in February 2025, it is now scheduled for a May 2025 launch.

Mahvash mentioned that she is passionate about bringing back the old charm of Indian cinema. She aims to offer content that entertains but also carries a strong message.
